I purchased this watch as a present for my eldest grandson on behalf of my deceased wife who wished he would have a family heirloom to treasure and be a reminder of her love for him.
I am due to present it to him in the coming days.

Found just the watch I wanted on the easy to use website. Purchase was straight forward. Very clear communications about the delivery dates, what would happen re payment and then about dispatch . Delivery was slightly earlier than expected, delivery company was good and First Class watches kept me informed. Great service. The Lorus watch is excellent, just what I hoped for, good price as well, I am very pleased.

I researched this watch for months. It's fantastic quality and sapphire glass in this price range is amazing.

The watch , Longines Hydroconquest GMT was as described.

However the papers ( warranty cards) were missing.

I have been promised replacements and assured this was not a return/ demo device… but i dont see how this could have occurred.

They have a phone, pick up and are pleasant to talk to… but how a AD sends out an expensive watch without papers is incomprehensible to me.

We have now ordered a replacement warranty card from Longines, and as soon as it arrives with us, our team will complete and stamp the card before sending it directly to you.

I discussed the stamping of the card with our warehouse team, who confirmed that we do complete and stamp the warranty cards prior to dispatch. We will ensure this is done correctly before your replacement card is sent.

In the meantime, I can confirm that your watch's digital warranty has already been activated with Longines. This means your warranty is fully valid and registered on the Longines warranty system, so you are covered even while you are waiting for the physical warranty card to arrive.

Finally, as mentioned during our phone call, I would also like to reassure you that your watch is brand new and has not been used as a display model.
