Not the best purchase... wrapping worst than eBay and the h10 strap box not sealed so to be honest I'm disappointed because it's not a cheap product so I expect more. I do not have an issue with the actual product that I purchased but based on the fact of wrapping and product box not being sealed it's only two stars

I'm very sorry to see your HR strap did not arrive in perfect condition. I am not sure whether Polar seal the boxes on their straps but I can see that the box is certainly damaged. We try our best to securely wrap all orders but it looks like this one has been damaged so my sincere apologies for this.

We would recommend returning the item for a replacement in this case. I will send you a separate email with a returns label link if you would like to do this.

The watch is the best value for money in Swiss watch making in my opinion

Watch is as good as I expected. People from first class watches were very good in responding to emails and answering any questions.

I've bought a few watches from First Class. I just can't find fault in the service. As an official supplier of the brands I know I'm not getting a fake, delivery has always been quick and well packaged and there is of course the very fair price match service to make sure you get the best value possible.

Good service but they should complete the warranty card- Just stamped. Serial number and model number not filled in. Had to go online to find out how to id numbers gor warranty card

A really nice watch at a very good price from First Class Watches. I had read and watched a lot of reviews of this watch and decided it was one that I wanted to own. Delivery was quick and I soon had the watch in my hands. On first impressions, I thought it seemed a little small and toy like, but I think that’s because I am used to wearing a big and heavy Oris Aquis diver.

I was not a fan of the leather strap that the Hamilton came on (it seems stiff, although I’m sure it would loosen up with time). So I removed it, and this is where this watch comes into its own. It is a ‘strap monster’, meaning that it looks great on a wide variety of different straps and seems to change its look depending on what strap it is on.

Much has been made of the change of movement from ETA 2824 to H10 (a modified ETA with longer power reserve). I can say that my version is very accurate out of the box as the longer power reserve is a bonus.

All in all, I think this is a great ‘serious’ watch that for an automatic from a well known Swiss brand, is a bit of a bargain. I would highly recommend, and buying from First Class Watches is a good idea - especially if you can use the 10% discount code.
