Amazing service from First Class watches. The straps arrived so quickly and were exactly as described... they are quite expensive, but that is just the price that Garmin charge, so nothing First Class could do there...

Love the watch, much better looking in the metal, simple to adjust the strap, free delivery next day, looks way more expensive than cost. What's not to like?

I bought a Casio G-Shock as a gift for a colleague who was leaving. There was a problem with my postcode when ordering on the website so I rang the shop. The assistant could not have been more helpful resolved the issue with the postcode and offered delivery options I was not aware of. As my colleague was leaving the next day, I selected the fastest option. This meant that from ordering to delivery was less than 24 hrs and the watch arrived in time to be presented to my colleague at her leaving meal.
All in all I could not be more pleased with the service provided by First Class watches. It made my colleagues day that she got her watch on time. Thank you.
